Experience. Education. Personal Guidance.

Buying or selling a home is more than a real estate transaction. It is often one of the largest financial and personal decisions you will make. My role is to make that process easier to understand, help you make informed decisions, and represent your interests from our first conversation through closing.

I’m Lyn Robinson, Massachusetts Real Estate Broker, REALTOR®, Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®), Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®), and Real Estate Instructor. I’ve helped buyers and sellers navigate Massachusetts real estate for more than 14 years.

But my experience helping people goes back much further.

Before entering real estate, I spent more than 30 years in customer service, management, education, and workforce development, including managing a workforce of approximately 300 employees. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Education and a Master’s degree in Applied Management.

That background shapes how I practice real estate today: listen first, explain clearly, communicate consistently, and do what I say I’m going to do.

More Than a Real Estate Agent

Real estate transactions can become complicated quickly. Inspections, financing, negotiations, contracts, septic systems, property conditions, timelines, contingencies, and Massachusetts real estate requirements can all affect a transaction.

My clients don’t just need someone to open a door or list a property in the MLS.

They need someone who understands the process and can help them navigate it.

As both a Real Estate Broker and Instructor, education is an important part of the service I provide. I want my clients to understand their options so they can make decisions confidently, not feel pressured into them.

Helping Massachusetts Home Sellers

Selling a home requires much more than putting a sign in the yard.

I work closely with sellers to develop a strategy to prepare, price, position, and market their property based on the home, the local market, and their individual goals.

That includes professional marketing, photography, showing strategy, offer evaluation, negotiation, communication, and guidance throughout the transaction.

Whether you’re selling a longtime family home, preparing to downsize, relocating, or simply wondering what your property may be worth, my goal is to help you understand your options before you decide.

Helping Massachusetts Home Buyers

Buying a home should begin with education—not pressure.

I help buyers understand the process from financing and property searches through offers, inspections, negotiations, contingencies, the final walk-through, and closing.

As an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®), buyer representation is central to my professional background.

Whether you’re purchasing your first home, moving to your next home, downsizing, or considering new construction, I’ll help you evaluate your options and understand what to expect along the way.

Special Guidance for Downsizing and Life Transitions

For many homeowners, selling isn’t simply about moving from one house to another.

It may mean leaving a home where you’ve lived for decades.

It may mean downsizing, retiring, moving closer to family, transitioning to a one-level home, or simplifying your lifestyle.

As a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®), I know these moves often require extra planning, patience, and sensitivity.

No reason to rush the decision.

We can start with a conversation about where you are now, where you’d like to go, and what options make the most sense for you.

Local Massachusetts Real Estate Experience

I work with buyers and sellers throughout Worcester, Norfolk, Bristol, and surrounding Massachusetts communities, with particular knowledge of communities throughout the Blackstone Valley and Central Massachusetts.

My market areas include Milford, Bellingham, Blackstone, Franklin, Northbridge, Upton, Uxbridge, and surrounding towns.

Local knowledge matters. Real estate markets can vary considerably from one Massachusetts community to the next, and understanding those differences matters when pricing a property, evaluating an offer, or deciding what to purchase.

What You Can Expect From Me

When you work with me, you can expect:

  • Straightforward advice without unnecessary sales pressure
  • Clear communication throughout your transaction
  • Education so you understand your options
  • Strong buyer and seller representation
  • Professional marketing and photography

  • Personal attention rather than feeling like another transaction

Most importantly, you can expect me to do what I say I’ll do.
